| One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two that includes the following: (i) round trip coach air transportation to New York City for winner and his/her guest departing from a major airport nearest winner's residence; (ii) four (4) nights hotel accommodations for winner and his/her guest at a hotel selected by sponsors (double occupancy); (iii) transportation to and from the airport and (iv) two (2) tickets to a live taping of "Inside the Actors Studio". Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $2800. Actual value of Grand Prize depends on winner's place of residence.
