Comments: Five finalists will be contacted by phone on or about August 7, 2006, and will be invited to compete in the The Punisher Tour final round quiz via telephone interview. Each finalist will be quizzed on his/her knowledge of Carlos Mencia and his stand-up comedy performances on the Comedy Central network. The finalist who, in the judges' opinion, displays the greatest knowledge of the foregoing subject will be named the Grand Prize winner.
