Comments: Submit your favorite "Skewer" recipe that fits in with the "Flavors of the Caribbean" theme. Recipe submissions must be the original creation of the entrant and previously unpublished. Recipe must include a wine pairing from Robert Mondavi Private Selection Wine. Trip must be taken between January 1, 2007 and October 31, 2007.
