Prizes (1,000): 2-night trip for winner only to participate in an event scheduled to take place on 9/14/03 in Orlando, Florida and anticipated to be broadcast on live television plus $100 spending money (ARV $1,700).

Each Sweepstakes Winner at Event will have a chance to play for one prize consisting of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) which will be awarded at the Event (the "One Million Dollar Prize") and will have the opportunity to play for one prize consisting of One Billion Dollars ($1,000,000,000). Only one (1) One Million Dollar Prize will be awarded at the Event and a maximum of one (1) One Billion Dollar Prize is available to be won at the Event. It is currently anticipated that each Sweepstakes Winner or Designee in attendance at the Event will be required to select a unique six-digit number (from 000,000 to 999,999) at a designated time prior to the start of Event.

Comments: WHERE TO FIND GAME PIECES:
Look for game pieces on specially-marked "Play For a Billion" and/or "BillionSweeps.com" products of Pepsi-Cola Company ("Sponsor"), while supplies last. Game pieces can be found printed underneath specially-marked 1 liter, 20 oz., and 2 liter bottle caps, inside specially-marked 12-packs and 24-packs, and affixed by sticker on specially-marked fountain cups (collectively referred to as "game pieces" in these rules). Participating brands for 2 liter, 12-pack and 24-pack packages may include without limitation, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Caffeine Free Diet Pepsi, Wild Cherry Pepsi, Pepsi Twist and Diet Pepsi Twist. Participating brands for 20 oz. and 1 liter packages may include without limitation Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Pepsi Twist, Diet Pepsi Twist, Pepsi One, Wild Cherry Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Diet Mountain Dew, Mountain Dew Code Red, Diet Mountain Dew Code Red, Sierra Mist, Diet Sierra Mist, Mug Root Beer, Orange Slice, Mr. Green and Lipton Brisk. Not all brands and package sizes may be available or may participate in all areas throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period.

LOOK ON GAME PIECE to find one of the following:
(a) a ten-character alphanumeric sweepstakes entry code ("Code") that can be used once to enter the sweepstakes either online at www.BillionSweeps.com (See Rule 8) or by mail (see Rule 9), OR (b) a $15 instant win cash prize message, subject to verification and redeemable by mail (see Rule 5 ), OR (c) a free 20 oz. or 1 liter Pepsi product prize message or a buy-one-get-one offer message (see Rule 6), only on specially-marked 20 oz. and 1 liter bottles in limited, participating areas. * Neither the One Million Dollar Prize or the One Billion Dollar Prize (each as defined in Rule 15) is printed on a game piece; such prizes are only available to be won through participation at the Event described in Rule 15.

To receive one free game piece without purchase, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked no later than 8/1/03 to: "Billion Sweeps" Game, P.O. Box 7449, Young America, MN 55558-7449. Limit one free game piece, whiles supplies last, per request per stamped outer envelope. Residents of the state of VT may omit return postage.
