Comments: Must submit video. Judging will be based on the following criteria: performance style (25%), musical talent (25%), star quality (25%) and personality (25%).
Public judging begins Sept 17th on the 15 semi-finalists.
Guessing by the rules the person participating in the video must be 15 or younger.
