Comments: Email digital and/or scanned photos of yourself in "70's" attire to the given email address. 10-20 finalists will be chosen and photos of each Finalist will be posted on VH1.com between August 25, 2003 and September 5, 2003 where VH1.com users may vote for the person who looks most "70's".
