ABC News - Good Morning America Emeril's Best Mac 'n' Cheese Ever Challenge

Finalist Prizes (3): 2-night trip for one to New York City, NY, to appear on Good Morning America in February 2008 (ARV $500).

Comments: Submit your original recipe for mac 'n' cheese along with an essay of 100 words or less stating why it is the best recipe. If possible, include a photograph of the finished mac 'n' cheese. Ten quarter-finalists will be chosen and asked to submit a short video showing them making their recipe. Five semi-finalists will be chosen for online voting to be held February 15-20, 2008.
