Comments: Contest is divided into 4 progressive competitive brackets. Applications must be received by May 15, 2008. Each of the 1,350 first bracket contestants will be required to create a signature ice cream creation with the assistance of a local Cold Stone store. Bracket winners will be determined based on the number of votes cast by purchasers of a contestant's creation during that bracket competition period.
