Grand Prize: 2-day/1-night trip for 2 to New York City; 1-day cooking class with Chef Todd English at Olives Restaurant; and 9-day Caribbean Cruise for two from New York aboard Cunard Cruise Line's new Queen Mary II (ARV $8000).
First prizes (10): Set of All Clad cookware consisting of 10" Fry Pan, 2-QT Sauce Pan, 3-QT Saute Pan, 3-QT Casserole, 6-QT Stock Pot and four lids (ARV $550).
Second prizes (50): Autographed Todd English cookbook (ARV $25).

Comments: Create an original Holiday Entrée recipe which includes using ingredients commonly available at retailers, and include one of Redwood Creek's table wines as a Wine Pairing recommendation. Graduates of accredited culinary programs are not eligible.
