PRIZES/VALUES: Grand prize (1): A four day/three night trip for two to Las Vegas, September 3- 6, 2002, including roundtrip airfare from the U.S. gateway city closest to the winner's home to Las Vegas, three nights' accommodations (double occupancy) in a deluxe suite at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, ground transportation between the airport and hotel, two (2) VIP access tickets to the Blender Summer Concert Series concert at Pink Beach at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino during the trip, dinner for two at the Pink Taco ($50 value), breakfast for two at Mr. Lucky's ($25 value), spa services for two ($150 value), and use of a poolside cabana at Pink Beach for one day. Approximate retail value of the grand prize package is $3000; actual value depends on city of departure. If the U.S. gateway airport nearest the winner's residence is Las Vegas International Airport (McCarren), the Grand Prize will not include air transportation or land transfers to the hotel and no substitution or compensation will be provided. Winner and guest must travel together on the same travel itinerary. All costs not referred to herein shall be the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Taxes, if any, are the winner's sole responsibility. No transfer or assignment of prize permitted. The cash equivalent of prize will not be substituted, except at the sole discretion of Dennis Publishing, Inc. Failure to return any required documentation so as to be received within seven (7) days of prize notification will result in automatic prize forfeiture. If prize is forfeited for any reason, an alternate winner will be chosen in a random drawing of all eligible entries.
