Prize: Pair of NCAA Final Four tickets payable as an annuity payment of $2,500 per year for the life of the winner, beginning in 2005 (ARV $45,000).

Comments: The winner may use award to purchase tickets from a ticket provider designated by Sponsor. However, should winner fail in any given year to use the cash award to purchase tickets, then for any year thereafter the availability of tickets for purchase shall be at the sole option of the designated ticket provider.
