If the winner is under the age of 18, the winner's parent or legal guardian must give consent. If you are under the age of 13 years of age, register first and last name, e-mail address, date of birth, and parent/guardian's e-mail address. Sponsor will notify parents or legal guardians when their minor child has registered to enter the contest.
