Grand Prize: Winning school will receive $100,000 of electronics, computer equipment, and software; $100,000 worth of Microsoft software; $5,000 grant from DirecTV and the "DirecTV Goes to School" package; $5,000 in Best Buy gift cards; Classroom Assistant Dog (ARV $210,000).
First Prizes (15): Winning school will receive $50,000 of electronics, computer equipment, and software; $24,000 of Microsoft software; $2,000 grant from DirecTV and the "DirecTV Goes to School" (ARV $50,000).
Second Prizes (5): Each winning school will receive $10,000 in Best Buy gift cards.
Nominator Prizes (21): Samsung Go Netbook (ARV $479.99).

Comments: Participants should nominate a public or state-accredited private school for grades K-12 in their community.
