| First Prize: $2,500 college scholarship for each member of the couple and $2,500 for the high school hosting the prom (ARV $7,500). Second Prize: $1,000 college scholarship for each member of the couple and $1,000 for the high school hosting the prom (ARV $3,000). Third Prize: $500 college scholarship for each member of the couple and $500 for the high school hosting the prom (ARV $1,500). Top of the Tape Award Prizes (3): $500. |
Comments: Each couple must attend a high school, or home school association, prom held in the spring of 2004, wearing complete attire or accessories made from duct tape, and must submit a color photo of the couple together in prom attire. Couples wishing to be considered for the Top of the Tape Award must designate their entry within one of the three Attire Categories: (1) Traditional Prom Attire; (2) Theme/Costume Attire; and (3) Just Plain Silver Attire.
