Prize: $5,000,000 if more than 14 horses start the race; $1,000,000 if 12-14 horses start the race; $50,000 if fewer than 12 horses start the race. Prize will be divided among the contestants correctly choosing exact order of finish.
Consolation Prize: $25,000 divided among contestants correctly selecting the greatest consecutive number of exact placings.
