Comments: Phase 1: Log on to www.bet.com/ultimatefan between May 10 - 21, 2004, upload your photo, and in 100 words or less complete the statement "I should be chosen as the Ultimate Fan because..." On May 26, Sponsors will select five finalists whose entries and photos will be posted on the sweepstakes web page.
Phase 2: Between May 26 and June 2, 2004, users will vote on which of the five finalists should be the BET Awards ’04 Ultimate Fan. Eight winners will be randomly selected on June 3, 2004 from amongst the individuals casting votes.
