Grand Prize: Trip for two to meet Dwight Yoakam and see him in concert in 2005; includes limousine service to and from the concert, $500 spending money, and autographed DVDs and/or CDs (ARV $2,500).
First Prizes (3): 20" flat-screen LCD TV and autographed DVDs and/or CDs (ARV $800).

Comments: Concert date and location to be the decision of Modern Foods; winners will be given at least two weeks' notice of the concert date. The concert will take place by December 31, 2005 or else Modern Foods will award the grand prize winner the cash value of the prize. Entries will be judged equally on the following factors: originality, taste, ease of preparation, visual appeal, and use of sponsor product. Entrants under 18 must have parent or guardian sign statement of eligibility and release of liability.
