Wednesday, September 04, 2002 @ 11:59pm ET You can sign up for Fantasy Football anytime, however, participants who draft a team after 11:59 PM ET on 09/04/2002 (the day before opening day of the NFL season) will not be eligible for prizes. Lots of rules I'm sure I overlooked something.
