Comments: The winning birthday (month, day and year) will be selected and placed in a sealed envelope prior to June 20, 2002. One entry will be selected in a random drawing.
If the month on the selected entry matches the month of the predetermined winning birthday, the contestant will win $1,000.
If both the month and day of birth on the selected entry exactly match the month and day of the predetermined winning birthday, the contestant will win $2,000.
If the birthday (month, day and year) on the selected entry matches the predetermined winning birthday, the contestant will win the grand prize.
In the event that the date of birth on the selected entry does not match the winning date of birth in any of the above manners, the selected entrant will receive a consolation prize of $500.
