Prize: Assistance of a realtor in locating a summer rental geographically convenient to the winner, including rental fee, realtor's fee, insurance cost, utilities and miscellaneous fees at Boston Beer's discretion (ARV $20,000).

Comments: Prize money may only be used for the purpose of a 2005 summer rental residence, defined as May 30, 2005 through September 5, 2005.
