Comments: Entrants must complete a full 6-week Abs Diet program in order to be eligible to win and must submit their entry within 7 days of completing the program. To be eligible, participants must have lost between 5% and 10% of their body weight on the program. Entrants should seek medical advice before beginning any diet or exercise program. Participants may not enter if they have used Ephedra or any other weight loss/gain supplements, anabolic steroids or any strength-enhancing prescription drugs or medications unless prescribed by a physician to treat a pre-existing medical condition. Entries will include your weight "before" starting and "after" finishing the program; 75-word essay describing how the Program has changed your life; and 2 "before" and 2 "after" photos.
