Comments: Entry form state 21+ to enter, rules state 18+. Winner is responsible for paying costs for an appropriate base on which to place the spa, permits, additional delivery costs that are deemed above and beyond a standard truck delivery and all required electrical hookups. Site and electrical preparation must be in accordance with the Pre-Delivery Instructions Manual as provided by Watkins.
