Grand Prize: 4-day/4-night trip for two to the Super Bowl in Jacksonville, FL, including tickets to PLAYERS INC VIP Party, NFL Players Party, and Super Bowl (ARV $4,000).
First Prizes (4): Video games from EA Sports and player-autographed item (ARV $300).
Second Prizes (20): PLAYERS INC T-shirt and cap (ARV $35).

Comments: Multiple entries are permitted, but only one prize per family, email account or household is allowed.
