Preliminary Kick Contestants (3): 2-night trip for two to Atlanta, GA; 2 club-level tickets to the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl on Friday, December 31, 2004, and opportunity for winner to compete in a kicking contest with two other contestants for the Grand Prize Kick opportunity (ARV $2,500). |

3. Any previous BellSouth Kick For A Million Contestants.
4. Employees of BellSouth, the NFL, its Member Clubs, the NFL Quarterback Club, its Members, NFL Properties, Jefferson Pilot Sports, Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, the NCAA or its Member Universities, any of their respective affiliated companies, parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies involved in this promotion, or suppliers and the immediate families of or persons who reside in the same household with the employees of the Contest Entities.
