Comments: There is a map displaying all 50 states. Entrant will select the name of either George W. Bush or John Kerry in the candidate-selection box and click each State in which entrant believes that candidate will win the popular vote. Entrant will then select the other candidate and choose each State in which entrant believes that candidate will win the popular vote.
