Mail it in a hand-addressed envelope to "Dodge Parents Guide to Youth Sports Sweepstakes," c/o ePrize, P.O. Box 9052, Farmington Hills, MI 48333-9052. LIMIT: one (1) card per separately mailed envelope. You may enter one (1) time per day throughout the entire promotion period.
