One Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize including:

- Roundtrip coach class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest from an airport near winner's residence of MTVN's choice to New York City;
- Two nights hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only; meals, telephone calls and other incidentals not included)
- Two tickets to the VH1/Vogue Fashion Awards where the winner will be able to take pictures of artists/celebrities on the Red Carpet
- The estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is $4,000
