Grand Prize: 8-day/7-night trip for two to New Zealand (ARV $7,000).
First Prizes (2): Serta Perfect Sleeper Nightstar Elite Queen size mattress (ARV $1,000).
Second Prizes (2): Large Serta Counting Sheep plushie (ARV $200).
Third Prizes (5): Serta Counting Sheep kit- 2 small Counting Sheep plushie’s, car mug, ccd case, cap, key chain, magnet, mouse pad, calculator and a box of golf balls (ARV $100).

Comments: Entries must include an essay (up to 50 words) that provides comforting advice to the Counting Sheep because they are now out of work due to the unbelievably comfortable Serta mattresses and are looking for a shoulder to cry on.
