Comments: Each participant (and potential entrant) must complete a full 6-week Abs Diet program (the "Program") in order to be eligible to win. Participants must submit their entry within 7 days of completing the 6-week Program. To be eligible to enter, participants must have lost between 5% and 10% (but not more than 10%) of their body weight on the Program. Participants must follow all instructions to enter.
