Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize consists of a trip for two (2), winner and guest, to the ESPN Headquarters in Bristol, CT. Trip includes coach roundtrip air transportation from the major commercial airport nearest Grand Prize winner's residence to Bradley International Airport in Hartford, CT, 3 days/2 nights standard hotel accommodations, (one (1) room, double occupancy) roundtrip airport transfers, guided tour of the ESPN studios, and an appearance as a walk-on in a SportsCenter ad. Travel Dates: (exact dates TBD). Some restrictions may apply. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $2,280
Weekly Prizes (4): Each Weekly Prize consists of one (1) wireless device from T-Mobile Complete with one (1) year's worth of service-unlimited data access in T-Mobile markets (e-mail, web browsing and AOL Instant Messaging), 200 Whenever Minutes, 1000 Weekend Minutes, and 1000 SMS (text messaging minutes). Winner's receipt of prize is subject to credit eligibility. If winner has unacceptable credit, the wireless device and one (1) year's worth of service is transferable by winner to another person.
ARV of each Weekly Prize: $679.88. Total Weekly Prize ARV: $2,719.52

Comments: There will be a total of four (4) weekly voting periods. Voting for a particular commercial is not necessary in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. In addition, each entry will be submitted into a grand prize drawing. Each entrant may submit up to a total of four (4) entries, (One (1) per week) during the Term.
