| A total of one thousand, three hundred and twenty-five(1,325) Winners will be selected on or about December 20, 2002 in a random drawing from the combined pool of all eligible online entries received by 11:59 p.m. (E.S.T.) on December 5, 2002 and all eligible mail-in entries postmarked by December 5, 2002 and received by December 13, 2002. Subject to compliance with these Official Rules, two hundred and fifty(250) Winners will receive one(1) gift certificate from CPI-Sears Portrait Studios redeemable for photographic services (ARV $100); one hundred and twenty-five(125) Winners will receive one(1) $200.00 Kids"R"UsŪ Gift Card redeemable at any participating Kids"R"UsŪ, Babies"R"UsŪ or Toys"R"UsŪ stores (ARV $200); seven hundred(700) Winners will receive one(1) "Ice Age" DVD or video (ARV $29.95); and two hundred and fifty(250) Winners will receive two(2) $50 gift certificates from Verizon Wireless redeemable at participating Verizon Wireless stores (ARV $100).
