One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two that includes the following: (i) round trip coach air transportation to New York City for winner and his/her guest departing from a major airport nearest winner's residence; (ii) four (4) nights hotel accommodations for winner and his/her guest at a hotel selected by sponsors (double occupancy); (iii) transportation to and from the airport and (iv) two (2) tickets to a live taping of "Inside the Actors Studio". Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $2800. Actual value of Grand Prize depends on winner's place of residence. Trip must be taken prior to December 31, 2003 or Grand Prize will be forfeited. Travel and hotel are subject to availability and blackout dates, and certain restrictions may apply. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, hotel charges (other than room and room tax), gratuities, tips, taxes and incidentals. Four (4) First Prize winners will receive an "Inside the Actors Studio" jacket. Approximate retail value of each First Prize is $175. Twenty (20) Second Prize winners will receive an "Inside the Actors Studio" poster autographed by James Lipton. Approximate retail value of each Second Prize $10. Sponsors reserve the right to change travel dates and to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes cannot be assigned, transferred, changed or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of the sponsor. All federal, state, and local taxes, and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Other restrictions may apply.
