USA Weekend and YM Magazine-Teens & The Opposite Sex Survey Contest

1st Prize: Concert package consisting of three (3) tickets to a concert within 100 miles of the winner's residence or in a major city closest to winner's home; transportation to and from the concert , $250 cash for dinner and spending money (ARV $2,000).
2nd Prize: One student will be invited and win transportation to USA WEEKEND's McLean, Va., offices to help edit a special report on the survey results (ARV $900).
3rd Prize: Nintendo Gamecube with two games, Metroid Prime and the new version of Star Fox Adventures. (ARV $350).

Comments: Completion of survey or essay is optional. Prize must be completed by 5/9/03. Winner or guests under 18 must be accompanied by parent or guardian. Hotel accommodations are not included in travel prizes.
