1. Eligibility: The TAG Heuer Gold Collection Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is offered only in the United States to legal United States residents at least 18 years old at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of: MP3.com, Inc. ("Sponsor" or "MP3.com") or TAG Heuer SA ("TAG Heuer"); their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies; their legal advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, and web suppliers for this promotion; as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) or members of the households of such employees, officers or directors (whether or not related), are not eligible. By entering, you (and your parents/legal guardians if you are an eligible minor in your jurisdiction of primary residence, on their and your behalf) agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Limit one (1) entry per household. Void where prohibited.
2. Information: By registering for the Sweepstakes you will be agreeing that your registration and any other information may be shared by MP3.com with TAG Heuer and that you opt-in to receive email or other communications from both. You may subsequently opt-out of the receipt of such email or communications by following the directions in the email, communications or by contacting MP3.com or TAG Heuer directly. Opting-out will not affect your participation, or chances to win, in the Sweepstakes.
3. Promotional Period: Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2002 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT"), and ends on December 16, 2002 at 12:01 p.m. (PT).
4. Entry: Eligible persons may enter the Sweepstakes by "clicking" on the Sweepstakes promotional banners on the MP3.com web site, completing the entry form in its entirety located at https:// www.mp3.com/tagsweeps, then clicking on the submit button at the bottom of the entry form. Your entry is not complete until you receive and view a confirmation page stating that your entry has been properly received. Prior to entry you may be required to become a MP3.com member. By becoming a member you incur no obligation other than to agree to the site's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and to receive MP3.com email. (You can opt-out of the receipt of email from the site by following the directions in the email or contacting the site directly.) Part of the registration information for the Sweepstakes may ask brief survey questions. Your answers to the questions will not affect your participation, or chances to win, in the Sweepstakes. Entries must be received by October 16, 2002 at 12:01p.m. (PT). The Sponsor's computer is the official clock for the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to enter by any other method is void. Limit one (1) entry per household. Any attempt to obtain multiple entries by using multiple/different email accounts or any other methods will void all such entries and that entrant will be disqualified.
