Gilroy Garlic Festival - 2005 Great Garlic Recipe Contest and Cook-Off  premium

First Prize: $1,000.
Second Prize: $750.
Third Prize: $500.
Finalist Prizes (5): $100.
If appropriate, coach class air fare and mid-size rental car costs will be reimbursed. Hotel stay included.

Comments: Recipes must include at least 6 cloves of fresh or 3 teaspoons minced/chopped garlic; must serve at least 6 people, and take less than 2 hours to prepare. Email recipes to clove@gilroygarlicfestival.com. Finalists must make their own travel arrangements to Gilroy, CA, and must participate in the cook-off July 29-30-2005.
