One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive ten (10) gift certificates of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per certificate redeemable at any participating Kids Foot Locker location and one (1) Cartoon Network gym bag, at an approximate market value ("AMV") of One Thousand Six Dollars and Twenty-Five Cents ($1,006.25). If Grand Prize Winner is a minor, prize must be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian who must sign and return required documents and who will be responsible for payment of any applicable taxes. Gift certificates will expire October 31, 2003. Four Hundred (400) Second Prize Winners will each receive one (1) Cartoon Network gym bag with one (1) coupon for Ten Dollars ($10.00) off a purchase of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) or more redeemable at any participating Kids Foot Locker, Foot Locker or Lady Foot Locker location, at an AMV of Six Dollars and Twenty-Five Cents ($6.25) per Second Prize Winner. Coupons will expire on June 30, 2003. TOTAL AMV OF ALL PRIZES (401 PRIZES): Three Thousand Five Hundred Six Dollars and Twenty-Five Cents ($3,506.25).
