One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 4-day / 3-night trip for two (2) to Ventura, California. Trip consists of: round-trip coach class air transportation for two (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport closest to winner's residence to a Los Angeles, California area airport with reasonable ground transportation allowance to the hotel accommodations in Ventura, California and to and from the Jim Hall Racing School, 3 nights hotel accommodations (standard, double occupancy), two (2) passes to Jim Hall Kart Racing School (2), two (2) copies of Wreckless: The Yakuza Missions™ video game on the platform of winner's choice (PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system or Nintendo GameCube™ video game system). All details of Grand Prize travel will be at Sponsor's sole discretion, including, without limitation, the destination, and all travel arrangements, which must be made through Sponsor's agent and on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Grand Prize travel dates are subject to availability and winner and guest must travel on dates specified by Sponsor. All travel must be completed by January 1, 2004 and Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of grand prize is $3,500. Grand Prize winner and guest must be at least 18 years of age, or if either is a minor, accompanied by such minor's parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize winner (or Grand Prize winner's parent or legal guardian, if minor) and Grand Prize winner's travel companion (or such companion's parent or legal guardian, if a minor) must sign and return a release of liability and (where legal) publicity before the date of travel. Twenty (20) First Prize Winners will each receive a copy of Wreckless: The Yakuza Missions™ on the platform of winner's choice (PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system or Nintendo GameCube™ (ARV is $50 each). Total ARV of all Prizes: $4,500.
