One (1) Grand Prize: A 3-day/2-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, NV, consisting of two round-trip coach-class air transportation tickets from the US major airport nearest winner's primary residence (provided such residence is in the USA), double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) at Caesars Palace or another Park Place Entertainment property in Las Vegas, and two (2) tickets to the World Premiere performance on March 25, 2003 of the Celine Dion show at the Caesars Palace Colosseum.

Trip must be taken on dates and times of Celine Dion show as specified by sponsor, failing which prize will be forfeited by winner in its entirety and will be awarded to an alternate winner. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $3,000.00.

Comments: Participants may not use any other means to enter multiple times, and any entrant who does so, or otherwise attempts to enter multiple times will be disqualified.
