Links were found at Buy.com, but the above sounds like the contest is being cross-promoted via radio stations. It isn't explicit that the trip is also available through the Buy.com link...but that link says "Win a trip."
The shown closing date for online entry is 1/20, or snail mail postmarked by January 17. But the rules also state that there will be a "random drawing of all eligible entries received, no earlier than the close of business on January 20, 2003" so be safe and don't wait until the last minute ~~The deadline *time* isn't listed.
