One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize (the "Grand Prize") including:
· Roundtrip coach air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest from an airport near Grand Prize Winner's residence of MTV's choice to New York City; (MTV reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of New York City);
· Two (2) night hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only; meals, telephone calls and other incidentals not included);
· Ground transportation between hotel and airport;
· Transportation to/from hotel to MTV's New Year's Eve show;
· Two (2) tickets to MTV's New Year's Eve show;
· A one (1) year's supply of Cool Mint Listerine PocketPaks (Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) case of product, 24-count, 144 pieces); and
· one (1) MTV T-shirt.
The estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is $ 3,250.00.
Four (4) Weekly Prize Winners will each receive a prize (the "Weekly Prize") consisting of the following: · A one (1) year's supply of Cool Mint Listerine PocketPaks (Weekly Prize Winner will receive one (1) case of product, 24-count, 144 pieces); and
· one (1) MTV T-shirt.
The estimated retail value of each weekly prize is $250.00.

Comments: Rules don't mention it, but entry form indicates you can gain extra entries by referral. "You also can get an extra entry if you send a friend our New Year's Eve E-card after you submit the form below."

They've slightly softened their tough winner notification rules: "MTV will attempt to contact the potential Grand Prize Winner by phone or e-mail. Upon notification, the potential Grand Prize Winner must call the phone number provided to confirm identity and eligibility within 48 hours of notification."
