One Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize (the "Grand Prize") including:
· roundtrip coach air transportation for Grand Prize Winner from an airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence of MTV's choice to New York City; (MTV reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of New York City);
· two (2) night hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest(s) (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only; meals, telephone calls and other incidentals not included including;
· a visit to MTV Studios in Times Square,
· a copy of the Zapper game ($39 estimated retail value); and
· a $200 gift certificate for Grand Prize Winner to use towards the purchase of a game console of Grand Prize Winner's choice;
The total estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is $ 2,500.00

Prizing: 10 (ten) First Prize Winners will each receive a prize (the "First Prize") including: · a copy of the Zapper game ($39 estimated retail value); and
· a $200 gift certificate to use towards the purchase of a game console of winner's choice;
The total estimated retail value of each First Prize is. $239
