One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) from the major commercial airport nearest winner's home in the U.S. to New York City, airport transfers on both departing and returning trip, two (2) nights double occupancy hotel accommodations, two (2) passes to the Museum of Modern Art, two (2) passes to the Guggenheim and two (2) passes to the Whitney museums, VIP access for two (2) to one of the cities hottest clubs, a $1,000 shopping spree, and a spa package for two (2) to a NYC Spa of the Sponsor's choice. Winner and travel companion must be available to travel on the same itinerary and on the dates selected by Sponsors. Certain restrictions and black out dates may apply. Subject to availability. All meals, gratuities, room service charges, incidentals and other expenses not set forth above are excluded. Approximate retail value of prize is $4,900.00, depending on actual itinerary.
