First Prize: Ten hours of UPS consulting services, $10,000 cash or $10,000 of free shipping with UPS, personal computer equipped with UPS shipping tools, inclusion of winning business in a national UPS publicity campaign (ARV $17,000).
Second Prize: $5,000 cash or $5,000 of free shipping with UPS, personal computer equipped with UPS shipping tools, inclusion of winning business in a local UPS publicity campaign (ARV $7,000).
Third Prize: Personal computer equipped with UPS shipping tools, inclusion of winning business in a local UPS publicity campaign (ARV $2,000).

Comments: In order to qualify as a small business entity, the average annual revenues of the business from 2004 must be at least five hundred thousand ($500,000) and must not exceed ten million dollars ($10,000,000).
