| PRIZES: GRAND PRIZES (1): Grand Prize winner will receive a vacation package for (2) two to attend the premiere and after party event for the movie Daredevil in February 2003. The Promotional Partner will determine the location of the movie premiere and trip at their sole discretion. The vacation package consists of: a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for two (2); round-trip coach air transportation between the major metropolitan airport nearest winner's residence and a major airport nearest the location of the movie premiere event (if the Grand Prize winner lives within 250 miles of the event, winner will receive round-trip ground transportation selected by the Sponsor between the winner's residence and the hotel in lieu of airfare); airport/hotel transfers; hotel accommodations for two (2) (one room/double occupancy) for three (3) nights, at a hotel to be chosen by Sponsor; and $2,000 spending money to be awarded in the form of a check. Comments: In the event the Grand Prize winner cannot attend the February 2003 movie premiere, he/she will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be randomly selected
