Full Spectrum Lending-Mortgage Holiday Contest

| One year of free home loan payments on a Full Spectrum Lending home loan. One winner will be drawn on May 22, 2003. Winner must have an existing first mortgage loan or home equity loan with Full Spectrum Lending. Loan payment covers the normal principal and interest payment according to the amortization schedule of the loan in an amount not to exceed $1,000 (one thousand dollars) per month. The winner is responsible for any monthly principal and interest payments in excess of $1,000 per month, as well as any mortgage insurance, if applicable, and any monthly escrow payments for expenses such as homeowners insurance and property taxes. Payment will appear as a credit on the winner’s Full Spectrum monthly statement. Alternate Grand Prizes If the winner does not have an existing home loan with Full Spectrum, they must choose one of these alternate prizes: Option #1 Full Spectrum will contribute $10,000 toward points, closing costs, or down payment on a Full Spectrum loan, subject to loan qualification. Option #2 Full Spectrum will contribute up to $10,000 toward your existing credit card, auto loan, and installment debts (at the time of the drawing) paid monthly for twelve (12) months, or up to $835 per month. One month home loan payment up to $1,000 on a Full Spectrum Lending home loan. A total of 4 winners, one each month during the contest period, will be randomly selected between January 22, 2003 and April 22, 2003. Winners must have an existing purchase, refinance or home equity loan with Full Spectrum Lending, Inc. Purchase, refinance or home equity loan payment covers the normal principal and interest payment according to the amortization schedule of the loan. If the winner, at the time of the prize award, already escrows their tax and insurance payment, the award can cover their entire home loan monthly payment amount including the escrow amount for taxes and insurance up to $1,000. Alternate Monthly Prize: If the winner does not have an existing home loan with Full Spectrum Lending, they must select the alternate prize of $500 in cash, or forfeit the prize in its entirety. |
