There are two ways to enter: Manual Entry: Complete an official entry form available in the Orlando Sentinel on the following dates: 11/24, 11/28, 11/29, 12/1, 12/5, 12/6, 12/8, 12/12, 12/13, 12/19, 12/20, 12/22, 12/26, 12/27, 12/29. Place your completed entry form in a properly addressed, stamped envelope and mail it to Sentinel Holiday Sweepstakes P.O. Box 3612, Orlando, Florida, 32802. Only official entry forms may be used. No mechanically reproduced entries accepted. One entry per outer mail envelope. Online Entry: You may also enter online by visiting www.orlandosentinel.com/contests, One online entry per person per day during the Entry Period. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST on January 6, 2003. Information provided on entry form may be used for promotional or other purposes by Sponsors and their affiliates. Winners will be notified by certified mail, return receipt requested. Within 14 days of the date on the winner notification letter, winners must appear in person at OSC downtown during regular business hours and execute without making changes a certification of eligibility and release which, among other provisions, releases Sponsors and a range of affiliates and suppliers, from any and all liability related to this sweepstakes or use or acceptance of a prize. Failure of a winner to timely appear and properly complete this form will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
