| One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for two to Los Angeles, California to attend the Annual American Music Awards (“AMA”) on January 13, 2003. Trip consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation for two people to Los Angeles; two (2) nights deluxe hotel accommodations (double occupancy); tickets for two to the American Music Awards at the Shrine Auditorium; admission to the AMA post-awards party; transportation between hotel and scheduled activities; round-trip transportation between hotel and airport. (Approximate Retail Value [“ARV”] $1,950.00) Ten (10) First Prizes: Ten (10) First Prize winners will each receive an official Baja Fresh American Music Awards jersey t-shirts (ARV $40 each; $400 total). Two Hundred (200) Second Prizes: Two Hundred (200) Second Prize winners will each receive a Burrito Party Pack to be awarded in the form of a gift certificate. |
Comments: Caution #1 - Only entries received by 11:59 a.m. (PT) on January 8,2003 will be eligible for a chance to win the Grand Prize.
Caution #2 - If a potential Grand Prize winner cannot be personally contacted on the first phone attempt (from both daytime and evening numbers given), then such potential Grand Prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance of Grand Prize must be confirmed within three hours from the time personal contact is made with the potential Grand Prize winner, otherwise potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate Grand Prize winner will be selected.
Caution #3 - Winner and travel companion must be able to travel on January 12, 2003
