Comments: Some highlights from the Official Rules:
Follow instructions to create your own T-shirt slogan by either using existing word tiles displayed on the page or by using your own words in a text field. As indicated in the instructions and from the examples provided on the site, the slogan must not exceed ten words and apply to the general theme of "Why HERSHEY's makes me happy".
Judging: One winning submission will be selected from among all eligible submissions received. Submissions will be judged on the basis of (a) creativity (30%), (b) originality (30%) and (c) the communication of the "Why HERSHEY makes me happy" message (40%).
Winner transfers all rights to the submission to Sponsor. Slogans become the sole property of Sponsor; which is under no obligation, financial or otherwise, to compensate winner other than as described above.
