Grand Prize: 4 day/3 night trip for 2 to LA 3/13/2003 - 3/16/2003 (ARV $3,500).
Bonus Prize: $5,000,000 in the form of an insured annuity, payable over 40 equal annual installments of $125,000 each OR a $10,000 check.

Comments: The winner of the grand prize will have the opportunity to win the Bonus Prize by shooting a basketball from half-court while suspended upside down! Just for attempting, he/she will win $10,000.
Current or former pro, semi-pro, or collegiate basketball players who have played at that level within the past 5 years are not eligible to win.
