Grand Prize: 3-day/2-night trip to the Chris Carter Fast Program to watch professional athletes train; includes dinner with a Miami Dolphins Cheerleader, an opportunity to train like a Pro [optional], and FAST Workout Gear.
Semi-Finalists Prizes (3): One-year membership to eFitness.com and $1,000 cash.
The ARV of all prizes is $4,177.

Comments: Submit an essay that tells us in 500 words or less what makes you so "average".
FIRST ROUND: All essay's will be judged to determine thirty (30) first round semi-finalists using the following criteria: originality and creativity ; appropriateness to theme; sincerity.
SECOND ROUND: Each of the three (3) semi-finalists will start the eFitness program for nine (9) weeks, starting the week of March 10, 2003. Their progress will be followed on a special web site created and powered by MSN.com. At the conclusion of the nine (9) weeks, online voting on MSN.com and eFitness.com the panel of judges will select a grand prize winner based upon the following criteria: most improved overall.
